8. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within the timeframe specified in the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the course of business. This obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement between the parties.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
